We had another company come out to give us a quote before calling Absolute. I could tell while the representative was here that he didn't have much interest in doing what we wanted. He kept trying to change our mind on design. It took him 10 days to get a quote to us, some of the details were wrong, and the price was really high.
Travis came out, knew exactly what we wanted, didn't try to change the design, and got us a quote the same day. It was nearly half the price of the other quote and it was exactly what we wanted. We even had room in our budget to add an electric gate. He gave us some recommendations along the way that we loved and went with.
Travis either came out or at least called every day while his crews were here to give us updates. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

We got our fence completely re-installed on one side of the house, and got multiple quotes for it. AFG was by far the most reasonably priced and we liked the responsiveness to all our queries. They go delayed due to the winter storm, but they communicated regularly and started and completed work on the day they promised. The work by the end of it was very well done, and we are quite pleased with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient, responsive, and professional team for fence work.

Absolute Fence and Gate are great to work with. We were fortunate to have Connor as our Project Manager. Connor was awesome. From the first time I met him I knew we were going to have a great experience. I know working with neighbors can be challenging but Connor helped us through it. I have a larger than average yard, which means a longer than average fence. The fence we had was falling over so, despite lumber prices being what they are, I needed to replace it. I got 4 quotes, all were 5-figure for removal and replacement with steel posts. The lowest price to the highest was about $1k, so they were all pretty comparable.

Absolute Fence was in the middle, but of the four quotes, I thought that Travis was the most punctual, explained things the best, and most seemed like he knew what he was doing. Based on that I decided to go with them.

We scheduled a date and time and Travis and his crew showed up on time. The crew worked hard and took extra thoughtful steps like doing my neighbors side in one day so that her dog wouldn't have to be locked up inside for multiple days (it was a 3 1/2 day job, see note on large fence above).

I've had contractors on other projects where you never see the "sales guy" after you sign the contract, but this wasn't the case with Travis. He came several times a day to check on the crew and see how progress was going. Throughout the job he would knock on the door or text me to let me know how things were going. From contract to follow up I would even say that he over-communicated almost to the point of annoyance, but in the end I appreciated it. Follow up was also excellent, and he even had the crew come back out and replace a few slats.

Of the many contractors we've hired over the years for various projects I would say that Absolute Fence has been one of the best. I highly recommend them.

After some research, we worked with Absolute Fence to install a gate opener for our single swing iron gate, because the company responded promptly and provided all information needed, including a detailed quote covering what we wanted to have done. The installation happened as discussed, very clean and professional. So this was an exceptional experience with no headache or surprises at all. We are happy with the result and would work with Absolute Fence anytime again.
