HOW LONG WILL THE WORK TAKE TO COMPLETE?
A typical residential project will take 2-3 days to complete but it depends on the extensiveness of the project and the availability of the material requested.
WHEN CAN YOU GET STARTED?
It’s based on time of year and availability of the material but on average we are 1-2 weeks out on starting projects. We will make every attempt to work within your time frame.
DO YOU HAVE ANY REFERENCES?
Yes. Available upon request.
DO YOU OFFER FREE ESTIMATES?
Yes we do!
DO WE NEED A PERMIT FOR THE FENCE?
In Austin and some surrounding areas you do not but there are a few areas where you do need a permit. Its best if you check with your HOA or contact the city in which you reside to confirm.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes. The percentage varies on the size of the project, material requested and if there is any specialty items requested. The deposit does secure your spot on our schedule .We will make every attempt to work within a time frame that suits your needs and we work diligently to ensure we do not over extend our customer. We will work within your budget to create a safe and satisfied experience.
WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?
We service all of Austin and its surrounding areas. We will travel but its best to disclose that information at the time you request a proposal.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit card, cash, check or money order.
